I'd like to do what I did to etree06 to etree07 and 08, it requires a reboot. I'll be doing one of 8 or 7 in 30 minutes, I hope that's fair warning.

This could be really good. I'm trying to do it to etree08 right now. 07 was flying, even "ls -l" was returning reasonably quickly.

seems pretty quick to me too. i don't know if it's what you did or because you tossed everyone off who had downloads queued up ;)

:-) Haha. Yeah, I thought that at first when I did 07, but once traffic returned, it still stayed nice.
